Al-Anon
The primary purpose of an Al-Anon group is to help families and friends of alcoholics.

AA's Debt of Gratitude to Al-Anon
Alcoholics Anonymous recognizes the special relationship which it enjoys with the Al-Anon Family Groups, a separate but similar fellowship... [and] the great contribution which the Al-Anon Family Groups have made and are making in assisting the family of alcoholics everywhere.
--Excerpt from a resolution unanimously approved at the 19th General Service Conference of Alcoholics Anonymous, April 25, 1969.
